Letters to Property Owners

We’ve decided to CANCEL the Special Meeting.

There is no need to show up on November 29th or December 13th.

After reviewing everything, here’s what we now know:

The first recall is valid and will be challenged.

The revitalization is currently being evaluated.

The special meeting was originally called before the revitalization packets were mailed out.

But after reviewing the packet, it is clear that the revitalization cannot pass as it is, which means a special meeting is no longer necessary.

Additionally, the date requested for the meeting was December 13th, but the board ignored that request and instead posted a meeting for November 29th, during a holiday weekend and only 9 days in advance—not enough time to properly prepare.

This was a clear attempt to sabotage the recall and bylaw amendments and to create confusion.

We are not done fighting.
